Questions, answered

What you want to know before you start.

01

What happens during the operational audit?

We connect to your systems read-only, analyze how the work actually moves, and show you where time and revenue are leaking. You leave with a clear picture of what to fix first and what the system would look like running on your data.

02

How long does implementation take?

The first workflow is usually running within a few weeks. We start with one priority, prove it works, then expand.

03

What kind of work can you help with?

We focus on routine operational work such as follow-ups, scheduling, document collection, client updates, and the next action after a reply. Your team keeps control of sensitive decisions.

04

Can this work with our existing tools?

Yes. We work with the systems you already use, including QuickBooks, Gmail, Outlook, calendars, and customer management tools. No migration. No new software to learn.

05

What happens if the system makes a mistake?

Every action is logged and every consequential action is approved by you before it happens. When something is wrong, you correct it, and that correction becomes part of the operating rules. The weekly quality report shows what was done, what was corrected, and what improved, so you can see how the system is performing.

06

How do you keep the work safe?

The workflow operates within agreed boundaries. Every action is logged. You approve anything that affects a client, patient, or money. Your data is isolated and never used to train models for other clients.

07

Can the workflow work in French and English?

Bilingual English and French support is something we can evaluate during the audit and validate inside a controlled pilot. We only present it as an available service after it has been proven for your workflow.

08

How does pricing work?

It depends on the function and scope. We discuss the likely range during the initial consultation and confirm the price before any paid operational audit begins.
